Report Structure & Methodology
Consero’s Spring 2019 Corporate Legal Operations Report was developed in connection with Consero’s legal operations events in the first four months of 2019. During the course of two events, Consero polled 77 industry leaders regarding their legal operations departments. The poll consisted of 10 questions that were designed to provide a deeper understanding of the technologies that legal operations departments are using and insight into the current needs and future priorities of legal operations executives.
