Paul Mandell
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Biography
Paul Mandell is a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Consero, where he leads the company’s mission to provide a better event experience for senior executives through the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Consero, Mr. Mandell founded a national legal support company that was acquired in 2007. He also practiced law at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, D.C. and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, New York, following a federal clerkship.
Mr. Mandell has a Bachelor of Arts in government, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal and Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law & Policy Review. He has been featured in articles in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Business Week, The Washington Post, and The ABA Journal, among others, and he is a frequent contributor to various printed and online publications on entrepreneurship and other topics.

William Card
Founder and Senior Vice President
Biography
Will Card is a Founder and Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Consero. In this role, Mr. Card leads a team responsible for working with partners who seek to benefit from Consero’s world-class Forums. Mr. Card began his career in advertising working for Torstar Corporation (TSX: TS.B), where he became the youngest account manager in his division’s history. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Card has lived and worked in the U.S., Canada, England, and Bermuda. Prior to founding Consero, Mr. Card was Director of Brand Solutions at XMC Sports and Entertainment in his home city of Toronto.

Jessica Druckman
Founder and Senior Vice President
Biography
Jessica Druckman is a Founder and Senior Vice President of Program Development at Consero. In this role, Ms. Druckman manages the team that is responsible for conducting market research, developing cutting edge content, and nurturing relationships with seasoned business leaders for Consero’s program. Prior to co-founding Consero, Ms. Druckman worked for a global conference company, where she was responsible for the strategic direction and continuous growth of a large portfolio of conferences spanning the legal, human resources, procurement, healthcare, and financial services sectors, among others. Prior to her work in the conference industry, Ms. Druckman worked as a paralegal in the commercial real estate practice at the New York law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Ms. Druckman has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Brandeis University, where she played varsity soccer.

Christopher Boucher
Senior Vice President
Biography
Christopher Boucher is Senior Vice President at Consero. In this role, he is responsible for managing relationships with business leaders and product partners who seek to benefit from Consero’s world-class events. Mr. Boucher is a seasoned veteran in the global business conference and senior-executive networking industries, having managed teams of high-performing researchers, event producers, and business development professionals. Prior to joining Consero, he worked at a leading global conference company, where he designed, developed, and marketed event programming for leading industry executives with a focus in the legal and energy sectors. Mr. Boucher received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Williams College.

Natalie Cohen Smith
Senior Vice President
Biography
Natalie Cohen Smith is Senior Vice President at Consero, where she manages a diverse portfolio of strategic partners. Ms. Smith has a wealth of experience working in domestic and international markets, with a particular focus on the legal industry. She applies her broad partner-engagement skill set consistently to ensure that the experience of Consero’s sponsoring partners reflects the high standards that characterize the Consero mission. Prior to joining Consero, Ms. Smith held a variety of leadership roles in the production of corporate, private, and non-profit events. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.
