Paul Mandell

Paul Mandell is a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Consero. In this role, Mr. Mandell provides strategic leadership for the company with a rigid focus on excellence at every level of the business. Prior to founding Consero, Mr. Mandell founded and was the President of a national legal support company that was acquired in 2007. The successor entity was recognized as one of the world’s top legal process outsourcing companies during his continued tenure as President the following year. Prior to entering the business world, Mr. Mandell practiced law at Arnold & Porter LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in Washington, DC, and New York, New York, respectively, where he focused primarily on antitrust and pharmaceutical litigation. Prior to his law firm experience, Mr. Mandell clerked for the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Mandell has a Bachelor of Arts in Government, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal and Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law & Policy Review. Mr. Mandell serves on the Board of the Yale Law School Fund, as well as the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland Foundation. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Government & Politics at the University of Maryland. Mr. Mandell was recently featured in articles by Bloomberg Business Week and The Washington Post.

William Card

William Card is a Founder and the Vice President for Business Development of Consero. In this role, he is responsible for working with solution providers and partners who seek to benefit from Consero’s world-class Forums.

Prior to founding Consero, Mr. Card was Director of Brand Solutions at XMC Sports and Entertainment, a leading experiential marketing firm, where he assisted international consumer brands such as LG, FedEx, RIM, and TD Bank with their sponsorship marketing efforts and represented both the PGA’s RBC Canadian Open and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. 

Mr. Card brings to Consero a wealth of experience in global business conferences and senior-executive networking, having directed a team of high-performance sponsorship business development executives who created and built relationships with some of the world’s most prominent marketers. Prior to his work in the conferencing industry, Mr. Card was directly responsible for generating the revenue that propelled the Web-based event firm Honeycomb Worldwide Inc. to become one of Canada’s “Fastest Growing Companies” (Profit Magazine 2006).

Mr. Card began his career in advertising, developing print marketing programs for corporate clients with Torstar Corporation, where he quickly became the youngest account manager in the division’s history. His next post took him to Bermuda, where he managed a business development team for the country’s national newspaper, The Royal Gazette, assisting large international clients with advertising and recruitment solutions.

Jessica Druckman

Jessica Druckman is a Founder and the Vice President for Program Development of Consero. Ms. Druckman is responsible for conducting market research, writing program agendas, and organizing the faculties for Consero Forums. Through carefully-planned programming, Ms. Druckman ensures that Consero delegates leave each Forum with practical business skills that spur corporate growth. 

Ms. Druckman has extensive experience working with senior-level executives to develop globally recognized one-on-one networking events in the legal, health care, human capital, information technology, and financial services industries. Ms. Druckman brings to Consero a successful track record of engaging world-class faculty members to create Forums that address cutting-edge issues. 

Prior to her work in the conferencing industry, Ms. Druckman worked as a paralegal in the commercial real estate practice at the New York law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Ms. Druckman has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University, where she played Varsity soccer.
